Our hoods are shipped truck freight
collect, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. One
of the reasons for having the customer pay the freight charge upon arrival
is to let the customer know that we are not overcharging them for freight.
The trucking company charges an additional residential delivery fee of
$35 to all orders delivered to a non-business address. You may want to
have your hood shipped to a business address or to your local body shop
to save this fee. We should be able to give you an estimate on freight
charges and tell you about our low packing and handling fee.
We suggest upon arrival that you inspect
your order for damage, if damage to the product is visible, you must notify
the driver at once or call the freight company to report the damage.
Damage claims are the responsibility of the customer, not Moore Performance
Products. We accept all major credit cards, money orders,cashier
checks, and personal checks.*
