Our WS6 Ram-Air hoods are constructed
using only the best gelcoats and resins, each hood is the result of many
hours work and is inspected many times throughout the manufacturing process,
these hoods feature a beautifully detailed underside that is ever bit as
finished as the topside.
Our 1993 -1997 Firebird hood eliminates
the need for an expensive custom airbox by using a unit from a 1998-2002
Firebird. This airbox is available from most salvage yards and can be purchased
for $75-$100. It gives you a bigger filtering capacity for your engine
since the airfilter is larger on the later models, and installing this
unit gives you a "factory" look when you lift the hood rather than an inexpensive
looking piece that does not fit correctly.
